By purchasing any product on the Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms.



2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Seller / Company – DS Media, By Daniya Shageeva.

Customer / User – an individual purchasing access to the Course.

Course – the educational digital program titled “Quantum Psychology Course”, including all video lessons, educational modules, materials, live sessions and additional resources depending on the selected plan.

Website – the informational and sales website:

Platform – the online learning platform used for delivery of Course materials.

The Course is delivered through the platform hosted at:

https://quantumsacademy.getcourse.io

The Platform may operate through third-party learning management systems.



3. Course Description

The Course is a digital educational program that may include:

• recorded video lessons
• structured training modules
• electronic workbooks
• live sessions with mentors
• private chat access
• supervision sessions (depending on the selected plan)
• additional educational materials.

Course content varies depending on the selected plan.



4. Course Plans

Plan 1 — Practical Psychology Module


Includes:

• 4 months of structured training
• access to recorded video lessons
• electronic workbooks
• mentor meetings
• mentor chat access
• one individual mentor session
• certificate upon completion.

Total access period: 10 months.



Plan 2 — Practical Psychology + Quantum Coaching

Includes:

• all features of Plan 1
• additional module: Promotion / How to Earn from Your Expertise
• extended training program.

Total access period: 18 months.



Plan 3 — VIP Program with Marina Sukhinina

Includes:

• all features of previous plans
• 8 supervision sessions with Marina Sukhinina
• VIP private chat
• personal mentor support
• printed workbooks
• extended program materials.

Total access period: 6 years.



5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR (Euro).

Prices displayed on the Website are final and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The Seller reserves the right to change pricing prior to purchase.



6. Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Klarna or other installment providers offered by payment processors.

Installment payments are governed by the terms of the respective payment provider.



7. Contract Formation

A purchase agreement is considered concluded when:

1. The Customer successfully completes payment, and
2. The Customer receives a payment confirmation email.

8. Access to the Course

Access to the Course is provided through the learning platform.

Login credentials are sent to the Customer’s email address within 24 hours after successful payment.

Course access includes entry to a personal learning account and availability of materials according to the selected plan.



9. Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund if they choose to discontinue participation in the Course.

Refunds are calculated proportionally based on the unused portion of the Course.

The refund amount is determined according to the value of modules and materials that have not yet been accessed.

Example:

If approximately 50% of the Course content has been accessed, the Customer may receive up to 50% of the purchase price as a refund.

Refund requests may be submitted during the training period.

Refunds are not available 30 days after the completion of the Course program.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction whenever technically possible.



10. Course Freeze Policy

Customers may request a temporary suspension of Course access.

Conditions:

• freeze allowed once per enrollment
• maximum freeze duration: 6 months
• requests must be submitted via support.

11. User Responsibilities

The Customer agrees:

• not to share login credentials
• not to transfer Course access to third parties
• not to reproduce or distribute Course materials
• not to record or publish lessons
• not to copy the Course methodology or training materials.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.



12. Intellectual Property

All Course materials including:

• videos
• documents
• presentations
• training methods
• downloadable materials

are the intellectual property of the Seller.

Unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.



13. Educational Disclaimer

The Course provides educational and informational content.

The Seller does not guarantee specific personal, financial or professional results.

Individual outcomes depend on personal effort, circumstances and application of the material.



14. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• platform outages
• internet disruptions
• technical failures
• illness of instructors
• other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases the Seller may reschedule sessions or provide alternative access to materials.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

By purchasing the Course the Customer confirms that they:

• are at least 18 years old
• have read and accepted these Terms.
